Our Service Department

Asterix operates nationwide and has a reactive service department providing a 365 day, 24 hour response time to in excess of 750 outlets.

All manufacturer's warranties are managed in house, providing a more efficient service for customers. Preventative maintenance is available at the customer's request

                                                                                     All our engineers are Gassafe registered and fully insured. Installations are performed professionally on time and to budget. 

Deliveries are carried out by Asterix personnel using our own transport.

Environmentally Friendly

Asterix have adopted the following measures in the first step to becoming environmentally friendly:

• to operate the business in an environmentally sensitive manner and encourage employees and customers to reduce their carbon footprint and the wider environmental impact.
• to, where practicable, purchase and supply products and services and resources which minimizes harm to the natural environment and in a manner that minimizes waste wherever possible.
• reduce energy usage by increased energy efficiency
• re-use or re-cycle wherever possible
• dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
